1) Tenant Placement Only – We help you find the right tenant, which includes carefully screening all applicants, running a full background/credit report, draw up the lease agreement, and collect the initial move-in rent/deposit fees. Once the tenant receives the key our job is done and you take over from there.
2) Tenant Placement with Full Management Services – We advertise your property online and find the right tenant. We handle all tenant relations, collection of rent, manage all necessary maintenance/repairs (upon owners approval), perform move-in/out inspections, and provide owners with monthly & year-end statements.
